An invite-only community for Christian builders

Build faithfully.
Together.

Avodah Collective brings together Christian entrepreneurs, founders and builders pursuing meaningful work, strong businesses and lives ordered around Christ.

The idea

Work was never meant to be disconnected from worship.

Avodah (עבודה) is a Hebrew word whose biblical usage carries ideas of work, worship and service. The same root is used in Scripture for working the ground, serving others and worshipping God.

Avodah Collective exists around that integration: building meaningful things, stewarding what God has entrusted to us, serving people well and pursuing excellence — without separating business from faith.

Who it’s for

For people building something — and following Someone.

  • Founders
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Business owners
  • Creators
  • Operators
  • Builders

But the deeper qualification isn’t a job title. Members are people who:

  1. Follow Christ.
  2. Take their work seriously.
  3. Want genuine relationships with other Christian builders.
  4. Value generosity over transactional networking.
  5. Want their faith to shape how they build, lead and serve.

What happens inside

A table, not a stage.

Simple by design. The value is in the people and the conversations, not a crowded calendar.

  • Community

Private conversations with other Christian entrepreneurs and builders — honest, practical and unhurried.

  • Relationships

Genuine friendships and professional relationships that go well beyond a swapped business card.

  • Gatherings

Online and in-person gatherings, growing naturally as the community does.

  • Collaboration

Ideas, resources, experience, introductions and opportunities, shared freely.

  • Faith & Work

Serious conversation about building, leadership, stewardship, calling and faithfulness.

Our culture

Not another networking group.

Avodah Collective isn’t about collecting contacts. We want:

  • Depth over reach
  • Relationships over transactions
  • Stewardship over status
  • Excellence without ego
  • Faith that actually affects how we work
